those who do it are special. Following the tips for caregiving can help you
feel good about yourself and the care you provide. Remember: - Care for your own needs first. Your physical
and mental health depend on it. Give yourself as much special attention as you
give the person you are caring for.
- Help the person you care for to
be independent. This is a gift to both of you.
- Recognize when you
need extra help, and know where you can get it. A helping hand at the right
time can make all the difference.
