Thomas Emmett Francoeur, MDCM, CSPQ, FRCPC - Pediatrics

Dr. Francoeur is a pediatrician at the Montreal Children's Hospital in Montreal, Quebec. At this hospital, he is also director of the Learning Progress Clinic in the Child Development Programme and the codirector of the Psychopharmacology Clinic of the Developmental Behavioural Pediatric Service.
