Where can I learn more about core strengthening and stability?
Now that you have learned why core stabilization is so important,
you are ready to start building your trunk stability. If you would like to
learn more and add to your core stabilization program, talk to a
physiotherapist or a trained exercise physiologist. Many health and exercise
